Abstract

This article sets out to make an assessment of the regulatory activity of the PP government in its first six months. It highlights an inclination towards authoritarian forms (excessive use of RD Laws and the constant announcement of punitive reforms), a constant tendency towards restricting social rights and the use of a manipulative rhetoric which aims at once to reduce objection to these reforms and to justify an unequal distribution of the crisis.
