Abstract
In the Knowledge-based Society, the use and mastering of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is essential in order to be included in the labour market as well as in society, especially as regards the least favoured groups, such the Gypsies. The introduction of the ICTs is bringing many changes into all social spheres, since the information is available to everybody and new organization structures are created, such as the horizontal and web-like structures. This last mentioned is the type of structure that the Gypsy community has always had, being, therefore, one of the elements that the Gypsy culture has brought into the labour market. A very important influence, indeed, because that web-like structure not only to improves the production systems, but also favours the growing intercultural relations it encourages.
