Resumen

Este artículo analiza la comunicación y la información respecto de la salud mental en cuatro universidades públicas pertenecientes a cuatro países y compara el estigma hacia los problemas de salud mental y su impacto en la disposición a utilizar los servicios de salud universitarios. Subraya el reto crucial para las universidades en comprender estos problemas complejos y adaptar sus políticas internas eficazmente. En este contexto, la comunicación interna se presenta como una herramienta valiosa para cambiar las representaciones negativas, favorecer el bienestar psicológico de los estudiantes, fomentar el acceso a servicios de salud mental y promover la integración social y los procesos de aprendizaje.
