Abstract

This work is an economic analysis of the juridical regime of property rights both in Navarre and in the common civil regime, in view of the changes brought about by the liberal révolution and their different evolution in each juridical system. Special attention is paid to the institution of encumbrances, in order to appreciate such transformations in more detail.
