Abstract

Since 1985, Argentina has become one of the countries in the world where more refugees have been recognized. But in spite of that, the argentine government does not often fulfil its obligations. Through the field work analysis done in the day by day of these organizations, this article describes the actions carried out by the O.N.G. created within the Peruvian community in Buenos Aires, which assumed the role of guardian of asylum seekers and refugees human rights.
