Abstract
Artistic exploration with objects, concepts, fictions, and sounds to provoke the emergence of alternative forms of entangled actions, of understanding ourselves and of being with other modes of existence. Experimentation on how this can impact the way we name ourselves with others and how those names think of us. This process arises from a prior manipulation of things accumulated in the domestic space, reconfigured in an attempt to activate listening and dialogue with them, through noise and literary sound play. Subsequently, with the materials generated, a social fiction was constructed as an alternative reading of reality around the concept of agency. This fiction was presented as a performative action at the Open Doors of the Bilbaoarte Foundation in December 2019. Finally, and connecting with the particularity of the hybrid names invented for such fiction, a visual and sound work is presented that: on the one hand plays rarefy the visual representations of the reality of which we are a part through glitch effects that blur, jam, hack and reveal the conical human vision reproduced over and over again through our photographic devices; and on the other hand, it tries to create new names with the protagonists of this fiction based on the sounds created in interaction with them and vocal compositions affected by said interactions. Affecting and being affected to generate representations that allow us to think about ourselves differently, like a ѫë.
