Valores laborales en adolescentes

Abstract

Resumen

Este trabajo persigue el estudio de posibles diferencias en valores ocupacionales de proto y meso adolescentes en base a una propuesta propia  centrada  en seis: seguridad, afecto, bienestar, orgullo, novedad y economía. Para  este  objetivo se ha construido un cuestionario presentándose los resultados de  fiabilidad, análisis factorial exploratorio, análisis factorial confirmatorio y validez concurrente. Las escasas  diferencias en esta fase evolutiva  apoyan los postulados en torno  a que estos valores deben ser considerados como  prioridades que reflejan el mundo interno de las personas, se ponen de manifiesto en nuestras conductas y pertenecen a una categoría de necesidades versus motivos de orden superior. Como tales están presentes en el comportamiento humano y cada  persona establecerá sus prioridades en función de variables no atribuibles básicamente a la edad.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is the study of possible differences in occupational values based on our own proposal that focuses on six values: Security, Affection, Welfare, Pride, Novelty and Economy. The paper presents the reliability results, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity of the purpose-built questionnaire. The few differences in this developmental stage support the principles around which these values should be considered as priorities that reflect the inner world of people, are evident in our behaviors and belong to a higher-order category of needs versus motives. These values are present in human behavior and every person shall establish their priorities based on variables that cannot be attributed primarily to age.
