Abstract
1. Women continue to suffer notable disadvantages and discrimination in the work and employment sphere. Some details are given about the differences between men and women at work (job segregation, pay discrimination); 2. Working tools prepared by Emakunde: equality plans, neutral language, work-life balance measures, non-discriminatory selection processes, procedures to prevent sexist and sexual harassment, distinctions in the area of equality, etc.; 3. Inviting recent graduates in industrial relations and human resources to be agents of change in the employment world, as we need allies in order to make progress in this area, too.
