Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze the concept of laboral climate in the context of family business, through a study in 282 family businesses in a total of 500 small and medium enterprises in Spain. The theoretical model analysis was based on the F-PEC scale of Astrakhan, Klien and Smyrnios developed to measure the influence of the family in organizational behavior. The results reveal the importance of strategic aspects in the perception and construction of the climate more than other seemingly important as the conflict or separation between the personal and professional aspects.
