Abstract

The recovery of the sector of construction, after a very deep crisis, is accompanied by business initiatives that require skilled labour in digital literacy skills and construction techniques with industrialized management processes. The result is that these professionals are not available in the labour market. The study of case discussed in Aragon proves, despite what was said, the existence of a large numbers of unemployed. This imbalance is explained by a deficit of labour qualification and training, knotted to general deficiencies of itineraries of orientation, recycling and employability. This gives support to the thesis, to save this contradictions, that it is needed to promote a sustainable and innovative sector, as well as its necessary industrialization, fostering the development of a quality and stable employment, away from routes of precarious-ness of the labor force of activity that has characterized thus far their business cycles. The Parity Organization of the Sector called Construction Labour Foundation (FLC), born of the collective bargaining, can be a suitable tool for the success of these purposes.
