Abstract
Employment Law 3/2023, of February 28, establishes guaranteed services for those seeking employment services. We believe that providing these services in a timely manner is only possible through more personnel resources and budget allocations, thereby modernizing our Public Employment Services. When these services are implemented appropriately and in a timely manner, and obligations arise for both employment services and those seeking and applying for benefits, the activity agreement is established.
