Abstract

This article attempts to reflect upon the question of whether there is currently much point speaking of flexisecurity when our labour model is increasingly leading us towards activities which are contractually dissociated from companies and a conception which is more associated with the provision of external services to them. There is particular analysis of the labour situation of a group of qualified young people who join the labour market and are dragged, consciously or unconsciously, towards work of a self-employed nature but which is completely dependent upon the company
