Abstract
This article includes the full account of the report that the lecturer Marcial Romero presented concerning this topic at the seminar «Managing the human resources of the business sector without traces of gender». According to the author, nowadays it is already usual to see more and more women in the professional and economic fields. As a result, women and men work side by side, due to the fact that differences are not necessarily exclusive, but inclusive. On the basis of this reality, the only way out is to achieve a reciprocal adjustment. For that we need to turn around and face reality. Such process should bring society together; it should be aimed at all people and individuals interested in it, and it should be open and flexible as far as organization is concerned.
