Abstract
This article deals with the latest data stemmed from the field of the psychology of work and is based on the idea that it is possible and desirable to carry out selection processes that are not focused on gender. More precisely, the psychology of work can achieve gender equality by means of developing non-sexist evaluation models and tools, which can be used in such phases as selection, training and studies development of women. In this working line, during these last years a growing area within theoretical research is the non-discriminating evaluation of workers. But, due to the fact that the psychology of work is an applied field, there are already many other tools such as the «codes for the good practices» aimed at specialists working in the field of selection. Among some of those specialists, we can mention those who have studied working relations, since they must often help in evaluating potential workers.
