Abstract
This article summarises the report presented in the seminar «Managing the human resources of the business sector without traces of gender», which was organized by the University School of Working Relations and held in May 2005. It also analyses the connection between the management of quality as understood nowadays and the policies for equal oportunities among men and women, especially as far as university studies are concerned.
