Abstract
Any analysis of the current climate in the workplace refers to the multi-variant view which different researchers have shaped since the 1960s, evidencing different explanatory dimensions of the socio-organisational reality facing women. In this respect and from our specific standpoint of the phenomenon, this work attempts to outline a methodological proposal that is geared towards measuring the current climate in the workplace using a set of symptoms, variables and scenarios. Our theoretical contribution consists of a new analytical approach that we trust will help to explain the conduct expected of organisations in such a climate.
