Abstract
One way of attempting to confront moral harassment at an individual level at work, is to try to deal with it as a conflict. In order to do this, it is necessary that the sides involved are at a same level of power and interdependence and this can only be generated and gained with the help of third figures that exist in that environment of the harassment situation; amongst them being the structure of the organisation in which it is taking place. If the equilibrium in power cannot be achieved, the person being harassed has to «appeal to the law» to defend its rights at the Courts of Justice as a first measure of confrontation.
