Abstract
This work has the objective of presenting the phenomenon of moral harassment in business within the psychopathological context which, in the judgement of the author, corresponds to it; that is: within the framework of reactive neuroses. In fact, the psychosomatic conflict suffered by he who is harassed starts within an unhealthy, neuroticizing, relational context, whatever the prior disposition of the person who suffers that neurosis. For this reason, this work emphasizes at length, and also critically, the current tendency —not free of ideology— of attributing to the neuroticized subject the neurosis caused by another subject, the neuroticizer.
