Abstract
The heterogeneous economic and enterprise reality, which having several difficulties of enterprise structure corresponds to the legal and working notion of the enterprise, has put the enterprise in the middle of the legal-working debate. All the new and not so new enterprise formulas have remarked the lacks of the schemas of positive Law to what workers collective representation is concerned. The enterprise regulations are often directed to a simple structure enterprise whose manager has a single legal entity. This work follows not only the aim of showing the present petitions of workers representation versus some parcels of productive decentralisation, but it also tries to suggest the integration ways of the existing gaps.
