Abstract
The decision of contracting depends on the economical increasing and attraction of work front the other production factors. The hypothesis of distribution of work through the reduction of journey is hiding the resistance to modify some determinates conditions of work, that consider an acquire law that no-none does not want to renounce, although its maintenance limits the work creatión opportunities.
By the other way, the concept and the characteristics of time of work needs to adapt to the variable circumstance of enterprise and to the people, so that adaptability will permit establish the labour relations and to increase the attraction of the factor of work and with this the level of work.
