Abstract

There are 466 million people all around the world with some kind of hearing disability, one million of them living in Spain. On the other hand, communication media websites face a legislation that guarantees the whole citizenship web accessibility. This article analyzes what is the current web accessibility degree of compliance, in the case of hearing disability users, by the websites owned by the main generalist television channels operating in Spanish market.
