Abstract

This article purposes a case study. It aims to explore a series of elements that appear in the Spanish film titled La luz prodigiosa, directed by Miguel Hermoso (2003). This film combines life and death, as well as the memory and dismemberment of Federico García Lorca, even poses his hypothetical survival in the city of Granada. In this analysis, the detailed observation of visual details that may go unnoticed will acquire special importance, as a technique inherent to cinema investigation that corresponds to content analysis, with the intention of reaching a series of conclusions of an interpretative nature.
