Abstract
This paper investigates the latest innovation in the Internet framework and its implications in the world of Communications. These novelties, generically referred with the terms of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, were firstly introduced by the Social Network phenomenom and lately continued by the new developments of the automatic information search methods, known as "Semantics Webs". The rol assumed by the user offers new possibilities for the Web, but also shows doubts about the quality and fiability of the information ruled by non proffesional comunication agents.
