Abstract

This proposal begins with an historical revision of the evolution of the analogical documentary photography to the digital image in which the common divergences and places of both with respect to the notion of alteration of the real image on study. Through the work of photographer Pedro Meyer as it appears pioneer in the use of the digital technology the new formulas of perception and document conception are questioned. The passage of their images in paper to their editions in CD-ROM shows a transition where the photographic tradition stays, but in a new scope, the digital.
