El concepto de «campo cinematográfico»

Abstract

Sociological theories has defined cinema like a institution: filmology, Christian Metz, Ian Jarvie and Nöel Burch explain cinema like a system. However, their conclusions only managed to define the cinema institution shares. We have to go to the institutional theory of Art that defines its object of study like a social construction inside of "art circle". All these concepts refer us to a sociological analysis of the intellectual creation. It's necessary to understand how intellectuals construct this concepts (cinema or art). The concept of "domain" of Pierre Bourdieu is essential to analyze how the theory and the historiography construct the concept of cinema.
