Abstract
The central idea of this work consists of trying to construct some anthropological reflections on Capitalism from two ethnographic examples of agricultural production. For it works on a vision of the Capitalism that transfers the social thing, seting out like a cultural order, whose power is often ignored in social sciences due to its own epistemological cartographies, since of some way both share the same partner- historical conditions of possibility, the same social system. For that reason both logics agree in the dicotomisation of certain dilemmas that constitute structural points to think this type of questions.
