Abstract
Por segundo número consecutivo, Papeles del CEIC aborda la organización de un número monográfico. Además de eso, damos continuidad a la iniciativa con la que comenzamos el número anterior, dando presencia, junto a los textos de los autores que contribuyen al número, a esa entelequia llamada "comunidad académica", que se corporeiza aquí bajo la forma de comentarios, anónimos pero implicados, de los evaluadores que han trabajado para que este número saliese adelante.
