The ASJU journal announces a call for papers to be published in volume 59, 2025. Contributions may be submitted until 30 September 2024.

Anuario del Seminario de Filología Vasca "Julio de Urquijo" (ASJU) is an international peer-reviewed journal of Basque linguistics and philology founded in 1954 by Luis Michelena and Manuel Agud, and published by the "Julio de Urquijo" Seminar-Institute of Basque Philology (JUMI) and the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU Press). Original papers on Basque linguistics and philology, and more general fields related or of interest to Basque studies are accepted, provided they are written in the languages most used by the international academic community. The journal was first published online in 2011. A full description of the journal's philosophy and policies can be found here: https://ojs.ehu.eus/index.php/ASJU/about.

The journal provides immediate and free open access, with neither embargo nor article processing charges (APCs). The double-blind reviewing process leads to an editorial decision within 6-8 weeks from the original submission.

Authors must ensure that the submitted work complies with the journal's editorial guidelines: https://ojs.ehu.eus/index.php/ASJU/gidalerroak.

Submissions must be made online through OJS: https://ojs.ehu.eus/index.php/ASJU/about/submissions.
