Abstract
This article is a reflection of the changes which are taking place in the traditional system of company organization, according to the author´s opinion. These changes are bringing new demands in organization and people management with them. The author reviews some of the existing handicaps there are to change the traditional model of work organization which he calls "structural" and he clearly gives strong support to a new organizing paradigm –"compromise"– in which certain aspects will have special importance. These aspects are: the definition of a wide company project; the management of change; the organization in processes; internal communication which will create bonds between workers, processes and business project; team work; participating management through objectives; the correspondence between workers and their service; economic participation and compensation for every worker according to what he gives towards the project.
