Abstract

Digital culture has changed media consumption, particularly among young people. The Radio has adapted its technology to internet but has not made the same effort to transform their contents, that remain traditional, without considering new demands of young public sector. This paper presents the results of an investigation consisting of a survey of nearly 1,000 young Spanish people, in order to learn about their listening habits and to know their opinion about this media. The objective is to set guidelines that can serve as a reference for radio programming policies.
