Abstract

Radio is immersed in an adaptation process to digital context of radiocasts and content. This digital context has modified consumption habits and the profile of new generation of professionals, consequently setting out if the university teaching system meets the requirements of the labor market.  This research formulates the creation of an analysis model that determines the convergences and differences between the competences developed by Communication students and the requirements of the main radio stations employers, through surveys, discourse content analysis, focus groups, in-depth interviews and Delphi Method. It is adaptable to the reality of each university or autonomous community.
