Abstract
En esta entrega, Papeles del CEIC introduce dos novedades. Por una parte, propone su primer monográfico. Además de eso, a partir de este número, revisamos nuestra política de edición y evaluación. Así, a partir de este número de forma sistemática estrenamos los comentarios de evaluación, pequeños textos sin firma que los/las evaluadores/as redactan para ir más allá de la mera auditoría y hacer del dictamen un material de discusión académica real, un acto que prolongue el debate al que el artículo invita.
