Abstract
Based on passing observations, conversations and street photographs, this text offers a small sensorial panorama of a city that today is as exuberant in its apparatuses of care and control of misery as it is obscene in its display of subjects abandoned to the outdoors. Paris is the city that serves as an excuse to stroll through this exercise of impressionistic verification of the evidence of a collapse.
