Abstract
In the European context a way to finish the situation of unemployment is the regulation of time work, witch, in Spain in 1994 was object of a deep renovation in the labour reform. Deepen on theat flexibility, in 1998, has changed the regulation of a contractual mobility, named partial time of work, presented by Government like a principal trick to create emploument.
The analysis of the principal lines, witch has redefined this institution, constitute a point from witch can contemplate the valuation of public power make about the better mechanism to fight against one of our principal social problem, witch at the same time, is illustrative about rules and about the attitude that the state must developed in front of the labour relations.
