Abstract

An urgent response has been necessary for many years to be able to give adequate attention to the diversity of students. You can see the existence of students who are outside the rigid organization of today's ordinary school: students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In addition, this distinction becomes more visible in the field of physical education. Taking into account the enormous educational potential of physical education, especially in students with SEN, to ensure that all boys and girls receive a quality education, the need for inclusive physical education must be protected. For this, the starting points must be professional competence and the positive attitude of the teaching staff. Therefore, in this study, through a questionnaire addressed to physical education teachers, the situation of Oarsoaldea teachers to SEN is presented: prior knowledge and attitudes, training, employment situation, etc. From the results obtained in the questionnaire, some main conclusions have been reached: In general, there is a good disposition, little knowledge and little training about SEN and inclusion, and that for the inclusion of students with SEN to be adequate and complete, the collaborative work is essential: Administration, school, teacher, family...
