Abstract
In the following article, the results of an empirical research carried out to analyze which is the opinion of some lectures and which are the effects of quality accreditation programs (EFQM) and ISO) implanted on educative institutions over a list of pedagogical indicators were presented. In order to do that, from two discussion meetings in which some professionals in the scope of education with different points of view showed their positions, qualitative data was collected. On the other hand, a survey was filled by lecturers from different educative centers of Gipuzkoa where the quality accreditations programs are being implemented. Taking into account these results the possibilities and limitations of the quality accreditation programs can be understood.
