A Silver Bowl with iberian signs in the British Museum

Abstract
The review of Palaeo-Hispanic epigraphy from Upper Andalusia has led to the identification, on a silver bowl from Córdoba kept in the British Museum and known since the early 20th century, of several Iberian signs that had never been observed or studied. The paleographic and linguistic analysis of these signs, together with the archaeological and historical contextualization of the piece, allows it to be placed within the group of silver vessels bearing Iberian inscriptions, which form part of silver hoards from northern Andalusia with a similar chronology (late 2nd century BCE / early 1st century BCE).
