Abstract

Aloria is a farming site from high and low-imperial period where activities like metallurgy or commercials were also carried out. The charcoal analysis of these levels has showed that the site was situated in an oakwood and that the identificated taxa match to a damp and temperate vegetation, a typical area of an Atlantic valley. There also have been identificated other exploited biotopes. Nevertheless, the environment that the identifications show is very varied and that means that it would give an easy affordability to different species of very good quality to different uses like the oak tree for example.
