Laburpena

Artikulu honetan, hedabide batzuek beren kazetaritza erredakzioetan txertatu duten genero editorearen rola dugu aztergai. Figura horrek bi helburu ditu: genero ikuspegia txertatzea hedabideen estalduran eta lan baldintza parekideak aldarrikatzea. Azterlan honetan, Espainiako eta Estatu Batuetako sei hedabide aztertu ditugu, tradizionalak eta natibo digitalak. Erdizka egituratutako elkarrizketa sakonak egin zaizkie hedabide horietako bost genero editoreri, rol berri horrek dituen zereginak ulertzeko eta figura hori sortu behar izatea ekarri duten kausak aztertzeko, hala ikuspegi sozialetik nola ekonomikotik.

Hitz gakoak: Genero editorea (terminoa ez dago thesaurusean); lanbide rol berriak (terminoa ez dago thesaurusean); generoa; egunkaria; feminismoa.
