Abstract
This is not Land art_ driven landscapes explores ways of artistically give form to experiences of contemporary mobility, in this case the phenomenon of time spent driving on the highway (commuting). This is not Land Art has to do with an interior time-weather-landscape and an exterior time-weather-landscape. We can try to explore uses of this time experienced/felt on the road as a time / space for invention, for creating forms. These artistic elaborations are manifestations of the road lived as a place, a 'yes-place', as they can provide agency that builds / makes subjectivity. These are some attempts made from photos, drawings, annotations ... whose counter-reference was 'walking art' (Fulton, Long).
