The "Revista de Derecho y Genoma Humano. Genética, Biotecnología y Medicina Avanzada / Law and the Human Genome Review. Genetics, Biotechnology and Advanced Medicine" publishes works by qualified specialists from national and foreign research centres and professionals of recognized prestige, who contribute their reflections and points of view on the legal issues raised by human genetics, biotechnology and advanced medicine, guaranteeing the essential freedom of thought and plurality of approaches and ideas under a multidisciplinary approach, with a solid scientific and biotechnological, ethical-philosophical, humanistic and social base. - OJS PUBLICATION SYSTEM AND SECTIONS
The Journal is published in Open Access and at no cost to the authors. The structure of the journal is that of an issue coinciding with the calendar year in which previously accepted papers are progressively incorporated. The Law and the Human Genome Review has the following sections:
