This paper studies the National Court Order, which analyzes the relevance of the precautionary measures imposed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency to stop the biometric data collection process carried out by the entity "Tools For Humanity". The main issue lies in weighing the conflicting interests, on the one hand, the protection of the personal data of the data subjects, and, on the other hand, the economic interest of the company whose main activity has been paralyzed.
