Genetic manipulation to revive extinct species poses risks to the world from ethical, ecological, and legal perspectives that have not yet been fully addressed. Therefore, we propose the creation of genetic criminal law regulations that prevent these actions and establish clear limits and appropriate sanctions. These regulations should be based on principles that guide their application.
