Abstract
In this paper we study an unpublished votive altar found in Cilleros (Cáceres), and dedicated to the divinities Arentius and Arentia. In this altar, the referred divinities are called Tedaicis. This epithet, which belongs to the familiar context, allows us to interpret another inscription found at the beginning of the 20th century in Villamiel (Cáceres) and usually considered with suspicion, as an offering to deo Tetaeco. Since two inscriptions found in a very restricted area include the same epithet, the inscription of Villamiel can be taken as a further reference to the god Arentius.
