Abstract
La Vispesa and Labitolosa, are two of the most important sites for aechaeological research in the province of Huesca, Spain. These sites have been the focus of investigation for more than a decade. Their study highlights the romanization process in the area, the subsequent establishment of urban settlements and the adaptation of the native population to a new way of life. Both sites form part of the University of Saragossa's research programs devoted to analyzing Iberian and Roman settlements in the Eastern part of the Aragón region and the corresponding acculturation processes.
