Abstract

A small bronze tablet found in 2008 in Arucci (Aroche, Huelva) is the first epigraphic testimony of Celtiberian deities called Rixamae and throws new light on an epigram of Martial (4, 55, 16), who mentions chorosque Rixamarum in the area of Bilbilis.
