Resumen
La forma modal χρή expresa modalidad deóntica, que incluye el valor directivo para la expresión de actos de habla directivos. Presentamos un estudio de los usos deónticos no directivos y de los usos directivos de χρή prestando especial atención su comportamiento como mecanismo de cortesía verbal.
