Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza las escenas de saludo representadas en los diálogos de Platón con auxilio de una metodología que combina las perspectivas antropológica y literaria. Partiendo de las características universales del saludo como rutina comunicativa, se explora su estilización literaria en el corpus platónico. Se distinguen así cinco partes distintas en la escena y se comprueba el mayor peso de los elementos no verbales (proxémicos, perceptivos y gestuales) en la recreación platónica del saludo. Esto explica que las escenas se den preferentemente en diálogos de tipo narrativo y se excluyan de los de tipo mimético
