Abstract
Stage after the process of the housing bubble is a huge consumption of territory and the gene-ration of peripherals and monofunctional pseudonucleos that increase social self-absorption and dysfunctional urban relations. The current model has shown unsustainable in energy, social and economic terms. Energy, unsatisfied demand in the medium term, will lead to the approach of the means of production to the urban areas, representing the hybridization of the landscape in the interstices of the metropolis. That is, the redefinition of the scope of action. The new limits include a man-made landscape that densifique the intermediate spaces to give meaning residential areas of demand zero (deve-lopments in the bubble) to determine which areas must be returned to nature. The scale of the landscape erupts in the city. The scope of action must override also in its temporary character. Planning horizons must encompass with natural rhythms, the scenic background essential of human activity. New thoughts should bring new results in spaces of coexistence. City holistic analysis demons-trates the need for punctual actions and macroactions that enabled the creation of the counter-model of collective memory. The knowledge of the territory and identity with the place must be catalysts of new social and economic experiences. Happiness as a parameter of evaluation in the new planning. The regressive counter-model retrieves values of safety and security, projecting its therapeutic effect from the individual toward a transpersonal scale.
