Abstract
In this paper we defend that the reading of the first line of the Roman altar of El Centenillo (Jaén), traditionally considered as a dedication to Salus Augusta, must be rectified and attributed to Salagin. This is the second testimony of this divinity in a mining area, in this case in an Iberian context in the heart of Oretania.
